I've got a new camera from my dearest hubby, so happily headed to the best tourist spot in Singapore to try it. It was my second visit to the Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome, and the first one to the "Cloud forest". The floral display is changing regularly so it always worth a visit. This time the audience can see the "Persian Garden Floral display" and I loved it very much! The outdoor garden is free from charge and a lovely place to go anytime just for walking and relaxing. I definitely recommend the evening light show at the "Supertree Grove" where you can be a witness of a wonderful "Garden Rhapsody".
Infos to new visitors: The Gardens by the Bay South is the main section of this attraction. There is an East(ern) side as well, less known among tourists, sometimes unknown by locals (taxi drivers) too..
If you have more then 1 or 2 hours to spend there, the best time to start your trail at the afternoon time(abt. 4pm) to avoid heat and to see everything at once, included the light show at evening.
Walk around the outdoor gardens: Golden Garden and Dragonfly Lake.(Free!)
Buy your tickets to both Flower Dome and the Cloud forest conservatories. The floral displays can be found in the Flower Dome;
(Fees: for locals: 20$, standard rate is 28$)
At evening from 7.45pm or from 8.45pm head to the "Supertree Grove" to enjoy the light and sound show.(Free!)
Hereby, please find our first shots with my new Sony Nex-3NL camera of the beauty of the Gardens! :)
